Build 200406101800

1) Invoke any file/folder wizard (Empty File,
Folder, XML File, Other/HTML, etc.)
2) Type invalid file system name (e.g. start on
Windows)
3) ERROR:
no any error message appears - see any WebApp File
wizard (e.g. JSP File, Tag file, Web/HTML, etc.)
where an arror message appears in the bottom line

Notice: Pressing Finish causes no file creation
without any information for the user. It could be
a little bit confusing for the users.
