* size of the panel should be 720x400 pixels * width of the tree should be the same as the width of buttons below the tree together * 12px between the "Library Name" field and tabs * for some reason the tree doesn't have a border * mnemonics are not according to the spec

Fixed, I've also changed the mnemonic for Add Library to A to be the same as for platforms.
This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
