The modules develepors can add (or disable system
ErrorManager) his own ErrorManager to the system
Lookup. There is no comment about that in
ErrorManager javadoc documentation. IMHO this is
usefull information. For example there is opened
 	issue #14674 in XTEST module since 2001-08-21.
Propbably the developer of this issue didn't that
there is this feature.

Well ErrorManager was never really documented and I hope it will be
replaced by java.util.logging before it is.
