As the mount concept is gone, we should:

* rename the "Mount Catalog" menu item and "Mount Catalog" 
dialog to "Add Catalog".
* rename the "Unmount Catalog" menu item to "Remove"

Note that the docs for this functionality are already frozen, so
changing this for 4.0 would make the docs wrong. I suggest changing it
for 4.1.

OK - if noone object against putting this off to 4.1, I am setting
target milestone to next release.
