Exception caused deadlock.
Deadlock and exception stacktrace is in attachments. It is on Windows NT + jdk 1.2.2 +HotSpot +
Forte4j IE.

The GuardedDocument.getElement() was rewritten to no longer allow this bug to
occur.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
