The ability to attach a library to a freeform
project would be beneficial.

Essentially this would add the library to the
project in the same way that it is added to
'normal' projects, with the exception of
compilation (etc) still being driven by the
projects build.xml which may, or may not have
reference to the library's classes/jar

So essentially the primary benefits are the code
completion and the Javadoc: if the user already
has a library for something that his build.xml
accesses, (s)he can easily add these capabilities.

I'm actually using 1.4.2, but I don't really think thats relevant to
this particular one anyway.. so....

I think this is less important than
(http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=49770) as that can
give all the functionality in the same way as other freeform functions
work.
