When the IDE (4.0 RC1) is on the secondary
display, the pull-down menus only display on the
primary display, making it impossible to select an
option until the IDE is moved to the primary
display. Sun Java Studio Creator has the same issue.

This seems to be a problem of Java implementation on Mac OS X. I have
seen it happen in other Java apps on dual-display Macs as well.

netbeans popup hacks are gone in cvs trunk and and the dual monitor popups work
correctly on winxp. assuming the same for macosx. please reopen if not true.
