Probably there's no use-case for it (aside for
running a single test -- is this common?).
Currently these actions deploy the module (as
standalone if the module if part of a J2EE app),
we probably don't want to do that.

It probably doesn't make sense to execute (or debug) a single file in EJB module, right? So, 
I am for removing those actions (and make them disabled in the main menu).
