The "Versioning|CVS|Check Out..." is taken out from the context sensitive menu
in 4.1. It's very inconvienent. Please put it back. Thanks!!!

We may add this in the future, but the same effect can be achieved by the global
CVS/Checkout action.

No, this is not equivalent to Global CVS checkout because the global operation
does not use an established CVS connection.  You are forced to re-enter all the
connection info, which is a real pain.

In new CVSlite, these two actions would be equivalent, this is what I wanted to say.
