1. The Summary line is severely truncated when used in the Subject line for emails, or actually, a line break is inserted, but the 2nd line doesn't show up in my email reader, so it looks like the line is just truncated. By the time all the prefixes get added, often I only see 1 or 2 words, and sometimes not even one entire word. I don't see why this is necessary -- leaving the summary line intact would be much more readable. Let the mail reader truncate the Subject line if it needs to. 2. Apparently the Description is not wrapped at all, but all subsequent comments are. This is probably a feature since wrapped stacktraces are obnoxious, but when the text is written (like this) that assumes wrapping and you have to scroll on and on and on to read the entire paragraph, it's annoying. If you can't make the text component be a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (with a horizontal scrollbar so you're reminded to add line breaks), please add a checkbox to let the user decide whether they want the text to wrap, add a reminder on the form i.e. "*Description (unwrapped)," or at the very least, information in the Step by Step Guide explaining how and when text is wrapped. 3. The Description box is too small. It would be better if it were allowed to grow if you make the window bigger.
