Mouse hover should show at leas veriable type in java editor.
for example when i put mouse over a variable in time pressing Shift+CTRL
it shows the variable type in a hint , or if it is initialize show me the value.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
