[ BUILD # : 200510251800 ] [ JDK VERSION : 1.4.2_xx ] I have found the need to rename my WAR or EAR files since OC4J can't deal with the spaces in their names. After renaming a project, it's not updated, but I don't think that the name of the WAR or EAR should be directly tied to the project name. The WAR or EAR name seems automatically chosen, but can't be changed. This poses a serious problem for developers as there is no immediate easy way to fix this. I think modifying the project proerties file can achieve the results, but I would hope the UI could be changed to allow editing the value directly.
Wrong component.
Short term workaround: edit project.properties.
