There is a template category "java-forms" used by the "Netbeans Module Projects"
project to address some templates from the form editor module. This category
contains for example a JFrame template in which case we are not sure if it makes
sense to create a JFrame form in a netbeans module project. See also #issue 70145.

Please, evaluate if all template types in the "java-forms" category are supposed
to be used in a nb module project.
