JDK 1.6.0 b72

Additional windows are in taskbar when CC && javadoc window are opened.
It's specific to WinXP with JDK 1.6.0 b72

Jirko, could you please check the attached program (uses the same way as
completion does that; please change the package if necessary) whether it places
the component in the taskbar as well? If so then we should file a JDK issue as
the javadoc for PopupFactory.getPopup() does not mention the presence of the
created popup on the taskbar and the previous JDK builds did not do it so IMHO
it's a JDK bug.

On JDK 1.6.0 b72 it shows additional window in taskbar but in JDK 1.6.0 b83 it's
ok. So closing as WFM
