Description:
Build Coke Milestone 7. Windows XP.

To reproduce:
- create a couple of synchronous messages on SQD diagram and delete them there, 
check the "Messages" node - it will reflect removal of one, sometimes of both
messages
- create a synchronous message on the diagram again and check the "Messages" node
BUG: created message isn't shown under the node

reproducible with 070206_9

- Message node doesn't appear in tree if interaction expanded before addition of
first message
- Message node doesn't disappear after last message deletion
- and described above problem
