Currently in a mobility project, running a project will launch the AMS which let
us select the midlet in the midlet suite to run. And "Run File" on a midlet
source file is disabled.

Propose to enable the "Run File" function, on a open midlet source file in the
editor and on a source file node in the project navigator. It shall start the
midlet directly without going through the AMS for selecting midlet.
