.) use palelette manager to add class to class diagram
.) add method (Insert Operation)
.) select properties of the method
.) click [...] of Parameters 
.) add multiplicity to the parameter by clicking [add Range]. 
   (eg. 0 as Lower boundry, * as Upper boundry)
.) click Update -> nothing happens (should it already show in the design view?)
.) click ok -> still nothing happens

opening the Properties dialogue ([...]) again shows, that the multiplicity is empty

issue describes impossibility to add multiplicity at the time of parameter creation.
