reproducible with all-nbms-griffin-061012_6 on nb55rc2 under MAC.

When user drag-n-drop attribute or operation from one diagram element to
another, cursor should change it's view to special mode. But cursors stays in
'Select' mode.
That makes unclear if dnd is in process or not.
User is confused.

Planned for drawing area upgrade after NB 6.0.

Removing obsolete assignments.  Bugs will be reassigned for M2.
