Description cezariusz 2006-11-30 18:28:48 UTC
NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200611131900)
1.6.0-rc; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-rc-b89
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
pl_PL (nb); Cp1250

NetBeans IDE is on the secondary monitor, but all the tooltips and menus (also
main menu!) appears on the primary screen.

Even worse - after calling Help -> About, the IDE locks, and About dialog
doesn't appear anywhere. I'm no longer able to move main IDE window.
