As part of the data source integration 
planned for 6.0, also need to support VWP 
projects with missing data sources

To elaborate a little more, if a VW project requires a database connection and
JDBC driver and one or both are not mounted in the IDE then the data binding
to components will fail at design-time and also the project will fail to execute.

There is a facility in VW 5.5 but needs to be redone for VW 6.0
