Customer raised 3 issues.  Each has been logged separately

 It would be good for production release to have some improvements on the
scrolling within windows, e.g.

1. the design pane, when you want to drag a component to an area off-screen,
pausing near the pain of the window as you drag the component has no effect.
Just makes moving components about a bit clumsy.

Evaluation:
This is already filled, it means to provide the 'autoscroll' feature, when at
the edge of the designer (it needs to grow simultaneously).
