Description:
1. In Runtime window, select Database | Drivers node and click "Add driver"
2. In opened dialog, press "Add..."
3. Navigate, choose some driver file and press open.
4. Press "Add..." again.
Result: Select driver dialog starts from default directory, it doesn't remember
previous location. In my opinion, it should.
May be Netbeans bug.
