I think that if you invoke Subversion | Show Annotations on a file, the focus
should be changed to tab where it is opened in the editor, since it is highly
probable that you want to see it.
  If the file was not opened in editor, it is after showing annotations, so it
would be logic to work similary if it already was opened.
