It' unclear from the spec how my ratings of the plugins and ratings of others
will coexist, how and if will be displayed both etc. Jaro add details if needed,
thanks.

I think in UI-specification there is missing information about how will the
process of rating look like (how will the user set rating, what color will have
selected/not selected stars...).

I have added this topic, together with the link to this issue, to the UI Spec,
into its 'Future work' section. This behavior will be specified later, when
there is the appropriate server-side functionality in place (web service exposed
on the NetBeans Plugin Portal side). Marking this issue as 'LATER', for now.
