[Build of 070326]
Install module that requires restart of IDE. The final panel of Installer
contains "Restart IDE Later" button. When this button is pressed and then main
menu File|Exit is performed then IDE should exit. But it restarts instead and
installs the module.

Verified in following configuration:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 070620) 
Java: 1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87 
System: Mac OS X version 10.4.9 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
