[Build of 070327]
It is not possible to Activate/Deactivate module from keyboard. There should be
possibility to activate it by Space button - that is the common manner.

It's appropriate to plugin manager subcomponent.

Fixed in Plugin Manager in M10. User can do Activat/Deactivate plugin by shortcuts.
