= Page =
[radiobutton] 1-sided / 2-sided (default 1-sided)
[checkbox] bigger inner marings (default off and disabled, only enable when 2-sided)
[checkbox] items start on new page (default on)
[checkbox] force items to start on right page (default off and disabled, only enable when 2-sided and start on new page)
[checkbox] 2 colums (default off - used many in articles)

= Numbering & indexes =
[checkbox] items in index are hyperlinks (default on, but default font formatting - handy when export to PDF)
[checkbox] number the chapters (default on, if on: the chapters introduction - recommendations (correct me if im wrong))
[spinbutton] number paragraphs till level x (default 3 - eg 3.2.5)
TODO:[checkbox] use roman page numbering for items before introduction (lower) and in appendix (capital)
[checkbox] list of figures (default off)

[radio] put appendix items in index list / create separate appendix index and put it before the appendix items (default in index, only enables when appendix is checked)
