Shapes, Line and Arrows Status: Standard -
  1. Start OOo Version 3.3 or higher
  2. File / New / Spreadsheet
  3. Enter some values into Cellrange A1:C3
  4. Insert /Chart...
  5. Select Charttype of your choose
  6. Press finish into Chart Wizard Dialog
  7. Check, if the Chart are visible and on Bottom of the Spreadsheet the Drawing Toolbar appears.
  8. Disable the checkbox View / Toolbars / Drawing
  9. Check, if the Drawing Toolbar disappears
  10. Enable the checkbox View / Toolbars / Drawing
  11. Check, if the Drawing Toolbar appears
  12. File / Save as... {name of your choice}
  13. File / reload
  14. Chart inplace mode
  15. Toolbar / Drawing / Line
  16. Insert a Line into the chart by using the mouse
  17. Select the Line
  18. Kontextmenu / Line... Tabpage Line
  19. Change the Style to Fine dotted
  20. Change the color to red
  21. Set the width to 0.10
  22. Set the Transparency to 10%
  23. Leave the Dialog by using ok
  24. Check, if all settings for the Line are adopted
  25. File / Save as... {name of your choice}
  26. File / reload
  27. Check, if all settings for the Line are adopted
  28. Select the Line
  29. Kontextmenu / Line... Tabpage Shadow
  30. Mark Checkbox Use shadow
  31. Set the Distance to 1.00
  32. Change the color to grey
  33. Set the Transparency to 15%
  34. Leave the Dialog by using ok
  35. Check, if all settings for the Line are adopted
  36. File / Save
  37. File / reload
  38. Check, if all settings for the Line are adopted
  39. Select the Line
  40. Kontextmenu / Line... Tabpage Line Styles
  41. Change the spacing
  42. Kontextmenu / Line... Tabpage Arrow Styles
  43. Change the Arrow Style to Line arrow
  44. Leave the Dialog by using ok
  45. Check, if all settings for the Line are adopted
  46. File / Save
  47. File / reload
  48. Check, if all settings for the Line are adopted
Text Shape Status: Standard -
  1. Start OOo Version 3.3 or higher
  2. File / New / Spreadsheet
  3. Enter some values into Cellrange A1:C3
  4. Insert /Chart...
  5. Select Charttype Pie
  6. Press finish into Chart Wizard Dialog
  7. Check, if the Chart are visible and on Bottom of the Spreadsheet the Drawing Toolbar appears.
  8. File / Save as... {name of your choice}
  9. File / reload
  10. Chart inplace mode
  11. Toolbar / Drawing / Text
  12. Drag the Textframe into the chart by using the mouse
  13. Type Something into the Frame
  14. Leave the Frame by click outside the Range
  15. Check, if Something without visible Frame are on the correct Position
  16. Click in the Frame
  17. Kontextmenu / Text... Tabpage Text
  18. Unmark Fit width to text
  19. Unmark Fit height to text
  20. Mark Fit to Frame
  21. Leave the Dialog by using ok
  22. Check, if the Text are fit to frame
  23. File / Save
  24. File / reload
  25. Check, if all settings for the Text are adopted
  26. Select the whole Text
  27. Kontextmenu Tabpage Character
  28. Set the Font to Arial
  29. Typeface Bold, Italic
  30. Change the Size
  31. Leave the Dialog by using ok
  32. Check, if all settings for the Line are adopted
  33. File / Save
  34. File / reload
  35. Check, if all settings for the Text are adopted
  36. Select the frame
  37. Kontextmenu / Position and Size... Tabpage Rotation
  38. Change the Rotation angle to 90 Degrees
  39. Leave the Dialog by using ok
  40. Check, if the frame and the Text are correct rotated
  41. File / Save
  42. File / reload
  43. Check, if all settings for the frame and Text are adopted
Rectangle Shape Status: Standard -
  1. Start OOo Version 3.3 or higher
  2. File / New / Spreadsheet
  3. Enter some values into Cellrange A1:C3
  4. Insert /Chart...
  5. Select Charttype Area, deep simple 3D
  6. Press finish into Chart Wizard Dialog
  7. Check, if the Chart are visible and on Bottom of the Spreadsheet the Drawing Toolbar appears.
  8. File / Save as... {name of your choice}
  9. File / reload
  10. Chart inplace mode
  11. Toolbar / Drawing / Rectangle
  12. Drag the Rectangle into the chart by using the mouse
  13. Doubleclick into the rectangle
  14. Type Hello World into the Frame
  15. Leave the Rectangle by click outside the Range
  16. Check, if Hello World with visible Rectangle are on the correct Position
  17. Click in the Rectangle
  18. Kontextmenu / Area Tabpage Area
  19. Set the Fill to Hatching
  20. Choose Black 45 degrees
  21. Mark Background Color
  22. Choose Background color Green 1
  23. Leave the Dialog by using ok
  24. Check, if the Rectangle all settings adopted
  25. File / Save
  26. File / reload
  27. Check, if all settings for the Text are adopted
  28. Select theRectangle
  29. Move the Rectangle by using the cursor up Button
  30. Check, if the Rectangle move one step up
  31. Move the Rectangle by using the cursor left Button
  32. Check, if the Rectangle move one step left
  33. File / Save
  34. File / reload
  35. Check, if all settings for the Rectangle are adopted
