The computer name is stored in the lock file, but is not shown by UI

Changing the version to OOo3.0, since the new locking mechanics is available only starting from this version. mav->fl: If the change should be introduced a new version of dialogs is required. The change would probably affect the sharing dialogs as well. Could you please take a look.

After furter testing: I found a probably DEFECT ! on or Windows Network, we get the message that a "UNKNOWN USER" is editing the opened Document. PLease gives me some information over how and where the Lock file is stored then I can go deeper to investigate whats goining on

mav->sos: The lock file is created in the folder where the opened document is placed. It has format .~lock.<original file name>#. Please do not use this issue for comments that are not related to it. All the framework-questions unrelated to any issue should be posted to "firstname.lastname@example.org" mailing list.
