The ability to easily save, restore and share different UI customizations, such
as toolbar layouts, button configurations, etc. could allow the user community
to develop their own versions of the OpenOffice.org UI in the open source way:
with sharing custom works and improving each other's setup.

If the UI was able to easy evolve in the hands of the user community,
OpenOffice.org's usability could improve dramatically.

Tools - Options... - OpenOffice - Appearance -> should be able to save a general scheme, not just a color scheme.
