Activate ruler. Now insert a table in the slide and insert any text in that
table. Click anywhere in the text.

The ruler is supposed to show the margins right above the paragraph. But it
shows the margins aligned to the left edge of the whole table.

As a result, the user gets no visual feedback about how the paragraph will look
AFTER he drags the markers to new positions.

In the second image, the left margin marker is being dragged, and Impress shows
a dotted line below it. But this line provides no clue about the new position of
the text.
