received a document, that shows to pictures, whrer the texts floats suuround
them. One picture is ok, the other one is misplaced and is drawn on the next
page of the document. I will add a picture to show the layout in the WinWord
application.

Same problem as issue 78631. the graphic has the wrong anchor "as character"
when importing; it should have "to character".
