Can reproduce it in OOo300m9 and OOo310m10 on WinXP and Fedora9, but can't
reproduce it in OOo2.4.1 on WinXP.

How to reproduce it
Open the attached file with OOo

Result
OOo hangs

Exceptations

MRU->OD: could you please have a look? The loop happens after the document is
displayed. Opening it in MS Word does not show the content - Maybe I do not have
the correct fonts installed???

I also see no content opening the given document in Microsoft Word 2003 or
Microsoft Word 2007.

Defect is caused by the Word-Break-Iterator. Somehow it does not detects the
word boundries.

Unifonts MAY be helpful to view Unicode characters.

There is no glyph of this character in your fonts, so it display nothing.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
