Hello,

We use Open Office throughout our company and believe it is a great product.
I am currently having trouble uninstalling version 2.4.1 form an XP SP3 pc. The 
uninstall process stops asking for the openoffice24.msi file.
I cannot find this file on the pc, I have tried Windows Installer Clean Up 
Uninstall program, but that did not solve the issue.

The problem is now that I cannot uninstall 2.4.1 and I also cannot install 
Oxygen.
Can you please suggest a solution
