grayscale print
I confirm the problem for OOo 3.1 FR/US on Ubuntu 8.04. I tested printing in file (PDF printer my Canon printer) and and the printed page is black without white text. PDF export is ok. Reproducible. Reassigned. I have a Canon LBP3200 printer, and have a document that has shading. It prints properly. I have upgraded my printer to LBP6000, and the shading appears as a blck line. The only thing that has been changed is the printer. I have checked the printer functions with Canon Australia, and PDF and photos print perfectly. Everything else on the computer operates properly, except for this printing function in Open Office. I have upgraded my Open Office and my printer drivers, and the problem is still there. I need Open Office technical support, as the problem appears to be in Open Office. Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org". |
