The image sizing handles can be used to flip an image or text, EXCEPT they do 
not work to flip text horizontally.
Issue is totally repeatable.
The invert command in fontworks WILL flip text horizontally.
Suggest that things be made consistent.

Not sure if this should be a defect or enhancement (i.e. is it meant 
to do it horizontially?).  However I have replicated the issue with 
WinXP Home on both 1.0.1 & 643.

Change this to enhancement because this behaviour is not a bug.

been updated within the last 4 years. Please consider re-testing with one of the
latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
