AW: The bugdoc of #i100158# shows that fat lines are not imported when WMF is
imported. This was already the case before primitives (e.g. DEV300 m29), so has
nothing to do with visualisation but import. I debugged the used (imported)
MetaActions; there are only Meta(FillColor/LineColor)Actions and
MetaPolyPolygonActions used, no MetaLineAction or MetaPolyLineAction which would
be needed to support fat lines since they include a LineInfo structure.
Please add the missing features to the import.
