Can reproduce it in OOo2.4.1

How to reproduce it
1 Create a new Impress doc
2 Switch to Outline view
3 View - Task pane, Layouts (find no layout in the pane), right_click on
  the pane, select "Apply to selected slides" on the context menu.

Result
OOo crashes

Expectation
OOo works well

Note
If no layout in the task pane, right_click on the pane, it is reasonable that no
"Apply to selected slides" on the context menu. In this way, maybe OOo can works
well, no crash here.

Fixed by preventing the context menu from being shown when the user clicks on
the background (where the background right next to an entry still belongs to
that entry).

SVN revision is 276745.
