wmf file which rotates incorrectly in Draw and Impress. none

Description cytan299 2009-06-30 20:32:41 UTC
When an imported wmf picture in Draw is rotated by more than 180 degrees, the
result is incorrect. Example, after selecting wmf picture, RMB -> Postion and
Size -> Rotation and then angle set to 180 deg, wmf picture looks correct. But
when set to 181 deg, the picture is completely skewed.

When a Powerpoint file which has a wmf embedded in it which had been rotated by
270 deg which looks OK in powerpoint but when imported into Impress, wmf is skewed.

This bug has been reproduced in both the MacOSX and OS/2 versions of OpenOffice.

I can submit wmf file which shows this problem if you email me.

Are you able to add a Bugdoc, not only a wmf, It would help a load.

Change Platform and OS to all
Add mayself to CC

Reproducible. Reassigned. Ok in 3.0 Final.
Comment 4 groucho266 2009-09-25 10:41:05 UTC
Setting target to OOo 3.3.
Comment 5 groucho266 2010-07-13 16:50:09 UTC
I can not reproduce this problem in the edit view with the attached metafile,
but I know there is a similar issue with bitmaps.

I can, however, see a performance problem in the running slide show. An
otherwise empty slide with just the attached metafile on it takes very long (or
forever) to display when the metafile is rotated.

Have to look into this.
Comment 6 Martin Hollmichel 2011-03-16 09:43:48 UTC
set target to 3.x since not release relevant for 3.4.
Comment 7 Marcus 2017-05-20 10:47:46 UTC
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
