Open the attached bugdoc and click inside the text to start text editing, you
will notice that the text moves.

Think the form for the text is to small. Adjust it and there is no wrapping or 
use the option 'GrÃ¶ÃŸe der Form dem Text anpassen'. May be in Englisch: Fit the 
form with the text.
IMO no defect.

the defect is that WhatYouSeeIsWhatYouGet is broken during editing. A user does
not expect text to move just because he starts editing it. This is also a
regression.

Of course a user could reformat those text box so that the issue is not
triggered but that is no reasoning to not fix this issue.

AW: Problem found. It's a pricipal problem at the Outliner setup for text
decomposition. All the stuff for aligment is there, but it relies on getting the
full text block size. That did not work since the maximum text block size was
limited to the text frame automatically, so the outliner could not 'grow' in any
direction. For block text, it is necessary to allow growing in the 'other'
direction, e.g. for horizontal blocks, allow vertical grow et vice versa. Added
that change, tested.
Also checked with all existing text modes/possibilities which came to my mind.
Comitted change, done.
