When the attached sample file (from Excel) is opened in OOo3.1, the option
button (radio button) left from the title 'bez viazanosti' ('Option button 12'
in form navigator) is selected. This is wrong, it is not selected when opened in
Excel, and also from the semantics of the content. In its properties sheet, the
'Default status' is 'Not selected'. Only 'Option button 179' (left of the text
'18 mesiacov (predÄºÅ¾enie viazanosti)') should be selected at file opening.

When the file is saved (to xls) and reopened the 'Default status' is now changed
to 'Selected'.

Confirming with m51 on WinXP - as described.
Radio button is located "in" cell D43.
