I have Neo-Office on my mac (10.5.7) and decided to replace it with Open Office.
However, I am unable to use the File-Email to option with MS Entourage. I have
set Entourage as my email application in the preferences. However, when I try to
send an email, a window appears stating that there is no working email
configuration.

Entourage is set as the default app in the Mac OS X.

Surprisingly, when in the OpenOffice preferences I set Apple Mail as the mail
application, I can use the File - Email to... command successfully.

Reassign to the intended receiver...

Reset the assignee to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
