Open DelRow.ods; delete first row; get Name error in cell B10.
Why? This formula uses nothing that was in the deleted row.
Then, check var names with ^F3, click Cancel; no change.
But: check var names with ^F3, click OK: error disappears!

I checked with "Ooo 3.1.0 WIN XP multilingual version German UI activated 
[OOO310m11 (Build 9399)]" and can confirm the reported effect. Same with 1.4.1
