testcase ID 109278 and 109274, can't download document for TCM testing in these
two testcases

for which language do you want to download the files? Chinese, or am I wrong
here? If so, I can confirm this for
http://www.sunvirtuallab.com/sample_docs/109274/breakitrc_zh.sxc (which leads to
an 404 message, but where you can download
http://www.sunvirtuallab.com/sample_docs/109274/breakitrc_zhtw.sxc ... ;) ) and
I can confirm, that there is no document for Chinese in
http://www.sunvirtuallab.com/tcm2/opensource/tcm_testcase.cgi?tcm_config=newooo&action=show_testcase&cid=109278
... :(

For issue 109274, I want to download Simplified Chinese files (zh filess) but
not Traditional Chinese files (zh-tw files).

As issue 109278, there is a hyperlink for Simplified Chinese file (zh file), but
no document for Simplified Chinese.
