How to reproduce it
1 Create a new Clac doc
2 Enter some data in cell A1 and A2, then choose A1:A2 and CTRL+C
3 Click any other cell except A1 and A2, then paste special as Formatted
  test[RFT]
4 Compare the original data and the paste data

Result 
Find the paste data font size is smaller than the original one

Expectation
These two are the same size.
