This ticket is a year old, but just to comment on it.. you're probably running into the File Open/Save dialog handling issue in point 2; when using the Windows native File Open/Save dialog, the Windows explorer shell will download the URL you enter, save it to its cache, and pass that on to the application calling the Open/Save dialog. To get around this, go to the OpenOffice.org General Options, and switch to "Use OpenOffice.org dialogs". Insert - Link to External Data... OK button is disabled even after URL of external data source is entered. Rev. 1400866 |
