I get a similar calculating problem in Draw for "Tile paper sheet with repeated
pages". Define portrait paper size with hight=7.3cm and width=5.1cm. Because
4*7.3cm=29.2cm<29.7cm and 4*5.1cm=20.4cm<21.0cm I expect a 4x4 layout, but I get
a 3x3 layout. That would be OK, if OOo would print after the non-printable
margins of my printer (leaving 20.14cm x 28.83cm printable area), but OOo starts
printing on the pager edge and so the first row and first column drawings are
cut and the fourth row and the forth column are missing although there is enough
room to print.

That is actually a Draw problem; the page desired pages size reported from sd is
A4; the output is however not quite tiling: the tiles overlap by the page
border. I will attach a file that demonstrates the problem.
