- Create a new presentation, enable complex layout
- Insert a new table
- Select a cell, insert some text and try to set"Text Direction from Top to Bottom"

nothing happens

cl->cl: if you fix this issue, remind aw to check if issue 105508 also fixed for
vertical text

While import a .pptx which has a table filled with text applied differenct text direction, all of them can be changed into left to right.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
