The Windows Desktop Search doesn't work due to missing dependencies

TKR->TM: Please verify on all Windows ( win2k,winxp,vista and windows 7) platforms.

The ifilter (ooofilt.dll and ooofiltproxy.dll) is now placed at the basislayer
e.g (c:\Program Files\Sun\StarOffice 9\Basis\program\shlxthdl\).

To verify this issue use the windows search to find text content in odf documents.
