Open a new impress, insert a comment, start typing: no text arrives in the
comment box. This works  under linux, Mac. Worked in the CWS.

cl->pl: as discussed, this seems to happen only with gnome

the handling for SAL_FRAME_STYLE_FLOAT_FOCUSABLE newly introduced for comments
was missing yet in the gtk vcl plugin.

fixed in CWS ooo32gsl02

Crashing when doubleclicking a closed comment, linux and windows.

cl->wg: the crash is caused by an incompatible change from another fix in this
cws and not caused by this fix or this feature. Please wait until PL announces a
correct rebuild and try again. No code has changed. Should only affect drag move
of special handles in impress like comments or path animations.
